Terms and Conditions
- Gift card can only be redeemed on prepaid bookings displayed on Hotels.com.au website.
- Only one gift card is redeemable per booking. The gift card expires twelve months from the date of issue.
- Bookings can only be made through the call centre during business hours Mon – Fri by calling 1800 244 400.
- Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry.
- If your gift card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorized transaction, immediately report this by calling 1800 244 400
- Any bookings subsequently cancelled will be charged a $20.00 administration fee for reissue of card. Excluding non refundable booking.
- Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
- Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Gift card is non transferable.
