Check-in is from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

Guests must transfer via boat to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link.
