Check-in is from 2:00 PM until 6:30 PM. Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

The front desk is open daily from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice. Those with accommodation in Venice are exempt from paying this.
