Check-in is from 3:00 PM until anytime. Guests must be at least 18 to check-in.

There is no front desk at this property. Guests will receive an email 7 days before arrival with check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice.
