Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. On certain dates of the year, visitors must pay an access fee of EUR 5 per person per day to enter Venice.
